Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Australia Post: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Dispatch Time: Items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order placement. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns & Pre-Owned Items

 Because our items are unique pre-owned pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or minor flaws.

Check Descriptions Carefully: Please review all item photos, measurements, and condition notes thoroughly before completing your purchase. Pre-owned items are sold in their stated condition, and any known flaws or wear are clearly disclosed in the product listing.

Issue With Your Order? If your item arrives with an undisclosed fault or major issue not mentioned in the listing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can help resolve it.
