Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible handmade items only. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to start a return:
Please email us at amaretuttoaustralia@gmail.com to request a return authorisation. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Where to send returns:
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address (Australian address) and instructions. Please do not return anything before receiving approval and the address details.

Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging  
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at amaretuttoaustralia@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can assess and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns for:
• Made-to-order items  
• Custom or personalised products  
• Sale items or gift cards  

Exchanges
If you need a different item, please submit a return request as above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item. Please note that made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification
