Shipping Policy

Some items are dispatched from our studio in Australia. Made-to-order items are produced and shipped by our overseas partner studios. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains a mix of handmade and made-to-order items.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered (weight, size, and carrier options). Where your order ships in multiple parcels, you’ll see combined shipping calculated at checkout.

Split shipments
If your order contains both Australian-dispatched items and made-to-order items from our overseas partner studios, these will ship separately and may arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel as it leaves the relevant location.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive the dispatch confirmation.

International shipping (selected countries)
We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping rates and available services will appear at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local guidelines before ordering.

  • All international orders are subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes, which may add delays.

  • Delivery to some countries might take longer than projected—especially in remote areas.

  • You are responsible for paying any import charges, duties, or taxes levied by your country.

Address accuracy & changes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been placed, especially once it’s been processed for dispatch.

Delays & liability
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and exclude production time for made-to-order items. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. For any issues after dispatch, please contact the carrier using your tracking number, or reach out to us if you need help.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but can’t be found, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first and then email us with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist.
